On October 20, 2025, Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a large-scale outage in its US-EAST region, temporarily impacting many online services. Be Safe’s systems, hosted primarily in AWS’s Canadian region, remained fully operational throughout the event.
AWS has since confirmed full service restoration as of 6:01 p.m. ET. We continue to monitor system performance and remain committed to delivering reliable, uninterrupted service to our clients.
